## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Super User** to support and optimize warehouse operations through effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role will act as the key liaison between Warehouse Operations and IT, ensuring system efficiency, user adoption, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (IT background preferred).
-   Minimum **3 years of experience** in warehouse or Distribution Center (DC) operations.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and related modules.
-   Proficiency in **Power BI** and **SQL**.
-   Experience in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance tracking.
-   Experience delivering system training and supporting end users.
-   Solid understanding of process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Experience supporting WMS implementations, enhancements, or integrations is an advantage.
