## Description

We Are Looking for an Outbound Team Leader to manage outbound operations, ensure timely shipments, maintain safety and quality standards, and coordinate with other teams for smooth workflow.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
-   Prevent backlogs and ensure on-time dispatch.
-   Develop and guide team members to improve performance.
-   Ensure compliance with transfer orders and proper documentation.
-   Inspect equipment and working areas for safety and cleanliness.
-   Coordinate with warehousing and inbound teams to optimize workflow.
-   Ensure proper loading techniques to prevent product damage.
-   Report operational issues and communicate with management on delays.

## Requirements

-   1-2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
-   Experience in outbound operations or team leadership preferred.
-   Knowledge of WMS, handheld/RF scanners, and warehouse documentation.
-   Basic Excel and reporting skills.
-   High school diploma or higher; degree preferred.
-   Safety or quality certifications a plus (HACCP, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQIA, CQE).
