## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Legal Specialist** to join our Legal Affairs team. The role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, while providing legal and commercial risk advice to business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
-   Identify and advise on legal and commercial risks within contracts.
-   Provide legal advice to business units on contractual matters.
-   Support complex and high-value contract negotiations.
-   Maintain contract records, approvals, renewals, and key contractual terms.
-   Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
-   Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel when required.
-   Support dispute resolution related to contractual matters.
-   Mentor junior Legal Specialists and contribute to improving contract processes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Law (LLB)**.
-   **4–7 years of experience** in contract law, commercial law, or in-house legal practice.
-   Strong hands-on experience in **drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts**.
-   Experience providing legal advice and assessing contractual risks.
-   **Experience in the E-commerce, Technology, or Retail sectors is preferred.**
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience in a holding company or multi-entity environment is a plus.
-   Legal practice license is preferred.
