## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Return Officer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling returned items, ensuring accurate inspection, documentation, system updates, and smooth coordination with warehouse and inventory teams.  

### Responsibilities

-   Receive and verify returned items, quantities, and related documents
-   Inspect and classify returned products based on their condition
-   Update return transactions accurately in the system
-   Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, QA, and Returns teams regarding discrepancies
-   Maintain proper documentation and records for all return activities
-   Follow company SOPs and safety procedures during return handling

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in warehouse operations or returns processing is preferred
-   Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems
-   Good communication and coordination skills
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-   Ability to work under pressure and handle operational tasks efficiently
