## Description

We are offering a **training opportunity (COOP - Tamheer)** for a motivated and detail-oriented **Industrial Engineering Trainee**. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience for students to develop practical skills in operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making within a professional work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across activities
-   Monitor operational activities (store/warehouse) and report any issues
-   Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate operational data and prepare periodic reports
-   Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance monitoring
-   Coordinate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, logistics, and quality
-   Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
-   Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering** or a related field
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus
-   Good communication and teamwork skills
-   Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
-   Eager to learn and apply industrial engineering concepts in a practical setting
