Our Founding Fathers stopped accepting new Clients and successfully retired prior to 9-11 but continued to do deals for their personal Clients. After the mortgage meltdown they designed and established a Private Deal Platform to enable the next generation to utilize their Programs, expertise, and resources to carry out their Mission to Make A Difference.
If someone has a real estate or income problem, we have a program for that. Our Programs and Platform are an exclusive members only 'country club' that provides access to our House of Programs.
The twin Foundation of our House of Programs is our Buy Me A House Program and our Build Me A House Program where our Clients can Get the House or investment property and Forget the Bank. Our other core programs include the Buy My House, Save My House, Fix My Loan, and Fund My Deal Programs.
The Roof over the Anchor House of Programs is our Secure My Retirement Program which is the ultimate end goal we all seek, but so many find to be elusive, it is easier to find when you are following one of the well worn paths that have been plodded down by the many that have come before.
Associates & Clients do best when they are fully educated and we have a program for that too, we represent a top rated Real Estate Investor Education Company, the curriculum is very much like the University of Phoenix online, it is the Harvard of Real Estate. Harvard students become politicians, our students become investors, Sr. Associates, & Advisors.
The real estate investing curriculum is based on the scientifically proven learning methodology, Instructional Systems Design, with courses in specific disciplines of real estate investing, and well-structured instructional materials.
All classes are taught by practitioner instructors so that the strategies are current and applicable to real-life investing! The courses adhere to the Instructional Systems Design methods so students will receive a consistent, effective learning experience.
Our Associate Income Program is for people who want or need a supplemental income that can transition into a new financially and emotionally rewarding career helping people and make a difference doing it.
We measure our success by how many lives we change for the better, not by how many loans we fix, or properties we buy, sell, or save, although the 2 numbers do end up being one and the same, which is why we have Clients and Associates that have been with us for 20, 30, and even 40 years. (most of which are retired but still do deals)
Our Development and Building Division has several new construction initiatives in the works where we will be building 15,000 new houses in a few key markets between now and 2025 utilizing our Build Me A House Program.
