**Role Description:**

The strategic leader of the squad who translates business needs into a prioritised, actionable delivery plan. They ensure the team is always focused on delivering measurable commercial ROI.

**Expected Skills:**

Agile product management, commercial acumen for tracking ROI and value realisation, backlog prioritisation, ability to translate business problems into technical requirements, and strong coaching skills to improve business data literacy

**Expectations:**

-   Act as the primary liaison between the Business Sponsor and the technical squad.
-   Coach business sponsors and stakeholders on data-driven, product-centric ways of working (moving away from a "just give me a dashboard" mindset).
-   Manage the product backlog, ensuring use cases (like F&B optimisation or maintenance routing) are sequenced based on value, feasibility, and technical complexity.
