## Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer with **1–2 years of experience** in software testing to join our growing team. In this role, you will **help ensure the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and backend systems** by executing test strategies, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has foundational QA experience and is ready to take on more ownership while continuing to grow technically.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test scenarios
-   Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing
-   Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms
-   Identify, document, and track bugs using a defect management tool (e.g., Jira)
-   Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and edge cases
-   Validate bug fixes and ensure production readiness
-   Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
-   Contribute to test documentation and QA process improvements
-   Support release validation and post-release monitoring

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
-   1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing
-   Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
-   Experience in manual testing and defect lifecycle management
-   Experience in testing mobile applications
-   Basic experience in API testing
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Good written and verbal communication skills

**Nice to Have**

-   Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.)
-   Familiarity with CI/CD concepts
