# Account Officer

## Description

-   Handle full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bill, OPEX reporting and related accounting matters.

-   Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission in accordance with owners’ requirements.
-   Respond to vessel owners’ queries and follow up on accounting matters where required.
-   Prepare working fund requests and perform calculations for deficit/surplus working fund.
-   Complete vessel accounts in compliance with owners’ requirements and within the required timeline.
-   Independently manage a portfolio of at least eight vessels.
-   Perform any other duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Faculty.
-   Minimum 1 year of full set of accounts experience; vessel accounting experience is an advantage.
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
