**ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES**

·        Handling foreign recruitment through TAP

·        Handling Agents

·        Assessments of all National and foreign recruits. completeing TAP process

·        Assisting in Other MHR recrruitment if rrequiremnet comes

·        Regular reporting of the reruitment to maanagement

## Requirements

**KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES**

Technical skills

·        Saling knowledge

·        Expertese and eligibility  to recruit any marine rank.

Professional skills

·        Master Mariner or CE

·        Marine Recruitment

·        Class1 COC as CE or Master
