## Description

-   Financial Consolidation Management: Oversee and manage group financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all statutory reporting and budgeting processes.
-   Executive Reporting and Insights: Lead the preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial reporting for senior management and the Board, providing clear analysis of performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
-   Global Finance Leadership: Partner with regional and local finance teams to ensure consistent execution of the Group’s finance agenda, strengthen reporting discipline, and promote alignment across jurisdictions and business units.
-   Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the Group’s statutory financial reports adhere to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
-   Audit and Stakeholder Management: Lead key aspects of the Group’s external audit process, manage senior-level interactions with auditors and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution of significant accounting, reporting, and control matters.
-   Process Excellence and Controls: Drive finance process improvements, automation, standardisation and control enhancements across the Group, ensuring scalable and sustainable ways of working.
-   Policy Development: Lead the review and update of the Group’s accounting policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
-   Finance Transformation: Lead or co-lead finance transformation and digitalisation initiatives, including ERP enhancements, reporting automation, dashboard development and other system-enabled improvements that strengthen finance capability and decision support.
-   New Business Line Support: Support the establishment of new business lines, such as Environmental Compliance.
-   Global Tax Planning: Play a key role in supporting global tax planning initiatives, transfer pricing requirements and cross-border structuring matters, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure alignment with the Group’s commercial objectives and compliance obligations.
-   Financial Planning and Analysis: Co-lead to enhance the Group’s financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, performance review and the preparation of actionable insights for senior management.
-   Senior Business Partnering: Act as a trusted finance business partner to assigned executives and business units, providing commercial challenge, financial advice and decision support on strategic priorities, investments, performance improvement and operational initiatives

## Requirements

-   Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting qualifications are required.
-   Experience: Substantial progressive finance experience, typically gained through a combination of Big 4, group finance, multinational corporate environments, FP&A, business partnering and/or finance transformation. We are looking for a strong finance professional who has operated in complex, fast-paced organisations and is ready to take on a broader Group Finance leadership role with exposure to senior management, Board reporting, strategic projects and global stakeholders.
-   Commercial and Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex financial information, understand business drivers, identify commercial implications and provide clear, practical recommendations that support senior decision-making.
-   Executive Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence, maturity and business sense to engage senior executives, challenge constructively, and translate financial analysis into clear insight and action.
-   People Leadership: Experience leading, coaching or developing finance team members, with the ability to set clear standards, manage priorities, build capability and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
-   Strategic Mindset: Curiosity and ambition to operate beyond traditional reporting and control, contributing to business planning, performance improvement, governance, transformation and strategic decision-making across a complex global organisation.
-   Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment, with the resilience to manage tight deadlines, adapt to change, navigate ambiguity and maintain momentum across multiple priorities.
-   Integrity and Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism and sound judgment in all interactions.
-   Self-Motivation: Proactive, hands-on and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership, a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to create meaningful impact in the organisation.
-   Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin being an advantage.
