## Description

·        Cheking of Aerblo 3 with mandatory documents, STCW courses, License and Classroom courses.

·        Co-ordinating with Pool for documentation as per Travel date

·        Calling Seafarer for pending documents

·        Follow up with Seafarer and Pool for pending documents

·        Updating all correct documents in the system.

·        Scanning and uploading all correct documents in the system

·        Final clearing of Aeblo 3 for the joining crew who are lined up to join vessel withing one month

·        Co-ordinating with License department for Flag license application.

·        Daily inbox cheking, clearing and uploading documents in the system

·        Uploading of all joining dockets.
