As we continue to grow our footprint and expand our reach and services, we are looking for a dynamic **Events & B2B Executive** to join our Customer Experience & Partnerships team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

 As a **Events & B2B Executive**, you will serve as the central hub for the daily operations, coordination, and commercial management of B2B & Corporate events. This role takes full ownership of the entire event lifecycle—coordinating daily workflows, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-touch client service, optimized conversion rates, and seamless project execution.

## Requirements

-   Complete management of requests from initial enquiry and qualification, to drafting proposals/quotations, booking confirmation, execution, and post-event follow-up.
-   Systematic follow-up on enquiries to consistently convert leads into confirmed bookings.
-   Event pipeline tracking to identify bottlenecks or delays early and intervene immediately to protect timelines.

-   Efficient allocation of daily requests and tasks across the team based on priority, availability, and project complexity.
-   Strict application of agreed procedures, SLAs, and checklists to maintain high quality standards.
-   Identification of optimization opportunities and recommendation of more effective tools, templates, and workflows.

-   Direct management of high-value/complex B2B communications and commercial negotiations.
-   Close collaboration with Cinema Operations, F&B, Marketing, and Customer Experience & Partnerships to ensure flawless event preparation.
-   Alignment with the Sponsorships & B2B Partnerships Lead on major corporate projects, ensuring smooth handover and operational coordination.

-   Monitoring of core KPIs, including Enquiries, Conversion Rates, Revenue, Venue Utilisation, and Customer Feedback.
-   Regular reporting to the Commercial Director on pipeline progression, operational issues, and prospective commercial opportunities.

## Benefits

-   3–5+ years in Event Coordination / Operations, Hospitality, B2B Sales Support, Venue Bookings, or a similar commercial/operational role.
-   Proven ability to coordinate workflows, organize daily task loads, and manage multiple parallel requests and deadlines simultaneously.
-   Strong customer-facing communication skills, deep understanding of corporate needs, and proficiency in drafting proposals and closing deals.
-   Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis.
-   Outstanding communication abilities, strong team spirit, and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
-   Native or full professional fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
-   Prior background in Cinema, Entertainment, Hospitality, Retail, or Corporate Events.
-   Familiarity with event management software, booking systems, or CRM platforms.
-   Hands-on experience in designing operational workflows and driving process improvements.
