**HR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**

**About the Role**

The HR Operations Assistant supports the efficient delivery of day-to-day HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on onboarding, employee records, and HR systems. The role also provides support to payroll activities by ensuring accurate data input and timely documentation, contributing to smooth monthly payroll processing.

**Responsibilities**

-   **Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes**, including submissions in ERGANI and preparation of employment documentation
-   **Prepare employment contracts** and maintain **accurate employee records** in our HR systems
-   **Upload shifts** in ERGANI
-   Ensure all **employee data is up to date**, **properly documented**, and **compliant with internal policies and legal requirements**
-   **Maintain** and **organize employee files**, including contracts, benefits documentation, and other HR records
-   Act as a **first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations** (e.g. onboarding, leave requests, documentation)
-   **Support payroll preparation** by collecting and validating input data (e.g. absences, overtime, contract changes)
-   Perform **data entry** and **updates in the payroll system**, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
-   **Support reporting needs**
-   Ensure **compliance with company policies, procedures**, and **local labor legislation**
-   Provide general **administrative support** to the HR Payroll & Operations team as needed

## Requirements

-   University Degree or equivalent in **Accounting or related field**
-   Knowledge of **payroll processing reporting**
-   At least 1 **year professional experience** in a similar position
-   Confidence with **numbers**
-   Good spoken and written **communication skills**
-   High level of **accuracy and attention to detail**
-   Good **organizational and time management skills**
-   Ability to **work under tight deadlines**
