**About the Role  
**The **ANT1 Digital** team is looking for a **Lead Videographer / Head of Production** to drive our video content strategy and direct high-impact digital productions.

  
**Job Description** 

-   Lead end-to-end video production, from creative brainstorming and storyboarding to directing on-set and supervising post-production.
-   Direct camera crews, lighting setups, and talent to ensure top-tier visual and narrative quality.
-   Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and digital editors to deliver engaging multi-platform content.
-   Oversee production schedules, resource allocation, and quality control across all video projects.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Video Director, Lead Videographer, or Senior Producer in digital media or agency environments.
-   Advanced expertise in camera operation, lighting design, audio capture, and visual composition.
-   Strong leadership, project management, and team-building capabilities.
-   In-depth understanding of digital platform algorithms, content performance, and current video trends.
-   Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
-   Fluent in Greek & English, both written and spoken
-   High ethical standards fitting with the values of Antenna Group
