**PR Lead**

**About the Role**  
We are seeking a talented, experienced and highly motivated PR Lead to join our music label. As a PR Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing the public relations strategies for our artists and label and collaborate closely with our artists and negotiate photo shootings and video clips. You will work closely with the marketing and digital teams to create and implement effective PR campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility and exposure for our artists.

**Job Description** 

-   Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote our artists and the music label
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
-   Create press releases, media kits, and pitch materials to generate media coverage and brand visibility
-   Organize and manage press events, including album launches, interviews, and photo shoots
-   Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing reports and insights to management
-   Coordinate and oversee artist interviews, press releases, and photo shoots
-   Manage and continuously update the music label's press database and media contact lists
-   Propose creative concepts for photo shoots and video clips and give ideas about exclusive lives for our marketing needs
-   Accompany artists on shooting of their video clips, photoshoots and interviews at radio stations and tv channels
-   Arrange the presence of our artists in TV Shows, Radio Shows, Magazines and sites and blogs
-   Collaborate closely with Marketing dept. on social media strategy & social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X) for Heaven Music

## Requirements

-   At least 5 years working experience in Public Relations
-   Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
-   Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling press materials
-   Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
-   Proficient in media monitoring and analysis tools
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-   Strong character and interpersonal skills
-   Operate under strict budgets and deadlines
-   Excellent knowledge in Greek & English
-   High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group

-   Involvement in Booking & management
-   Knowledge of current trends and developments in the music industry
