**Junior Motion Designer (Fixed-Term contract)**

**About the Role**  
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Junior Motion Designer** to join our creative team on a **fixed-term contract**. In this role, you will be responsible for creating animated graphics that are used in television shows, promos/trailers, digital and social media.

**Job Description** 

-   Collaborate with the head animator and creative director to best support creative
-   department’s goals
-   Prepare drafts animatics and present ideas
-   Create final animated 2D & 3D assets and projects according to the creative direction and briefs
-   Train and evolve his/hers skills in motion design and Ai platforms

## Requirements

-   University Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Motion Graphics/Animation or related field
-   Experience in 2D motion design
-   3D Modeling/Animation or graphic design will be considered a plus
-   A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance their crafts
-   Visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions
-   Familiarity with motion design software After Effects, policies and technologies.
-   3D modeling and animation skills on Blender and Cinema 4D will be considered a plus
-   A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
-   Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle shifting priorities and multiple assignments
-   Working in a fast paced, challenging environment with competing priorities
-   Maintain the ability to consistently meet goals in time-critical production environments
-   Ability to adapt to changes and work methodically
-   Excellent communications skills
-   Fluency in English
-   High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
