**About the Role**

**Village Roadshow (a member of Antenna Group)** is a leading entertainment brand, best known for its cinemas, delivering an unparalleled movie-going experience to over 3 million viewers annually. As we continue to grow, we are looking for **Kitchen Staff** for our first **inhouse Trampoline Park in Park Renti**! **Purpose of the Role**

Kitchen Staff are responsible for the preparation and production of the food and beverages offered at the park's café. They ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and speed of service.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

_**Preparation & Production**_

-   Prepare snacks, desserts, beverages, and meals according to the menu.
-   Maintain presentation and quality standards for every order.
-   Ensure timely execution of orders for birthday parties and group events.

_**Hygiene & Food Safety**_

-   Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP).
-   Regularly clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
-   Ensure proper storage and stock management.
-   Check expiry dates and report shortages to the Supervisor.

_**General**_

-   Collaborate with service staff to ensure a smooth order flow.
-   Participate in the kitchen's opening and closing procedures.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma. Studies in Culinary Arts are an additional asset.
-   Experience in a kitchen, restaurant, café, or food service environment is a significant advantage.
-   Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene rules.
-   Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (afternoons, weekends, holidays).
-   Reliability, speed, and the ability to work under pressure.
-   Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
-   High ethical standards, in line with the company's values.
