**About the Role  
**We are looking for an experienced **Subscription Growth Manager** to lead subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention for OTT streaming platform, driving data-led growth across the full subscription lifecycle.

  
**Job Description** 

-   Own the end-to-end subscriber lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and reactivation
-   Develop and execute growth strategies to increase paid subscriptions and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV)
-   Lead conversion optimization and experimentation initiatives across key user journeys, including A/B testing across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and content promotion
-   Drive retention and churn reduction strategies, leveraging lifecycle marketing, product features, and engagement mechanics
-   Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
-   Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Content teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives
-   Optimize subscription models, pricing, and promotional offers (e.g. trials, bundles, upsells)
-   Monitor and report on key commercial KPIs (conversion, churn, ARPU, CLV, etc.)
-   Leverage CRM and lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app) to drive engagement and monetization
-   Stay up to date with SVOD, digital subscription, and streaming trends to inform strategy and innovation

## Requirements

-   5–10 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Product, or Commercial roles within subscription-based digital businesses, ideally SVOD/OTT platforms (e.g. streaming services or similar subscription models)
-   Proven experience in subscription lifecycle management, including acquisition, retention, churn reduction, and customer lifetime value optimization
-   Strong understanding of growth levers in digital subscription businesses, including pricing strategy, promotional offers, and conversion optimization
-   Hands-on experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, automation, and performance-driven communication strategies (email, push, in-app)
-   Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data and performance KPIs
-   Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data teams in fast-paced digital environments
-   Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
-   Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
-   Excellent communication skills
-   Fluent in Greek & English, both written and spoken
