Financial Analyst **(Village Roadshow Greece)**

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, forecasts and reports, and providing actionable insights that support strategic business decisions, financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.

**Job Description** 

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare financial budgets,  forecasts and variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
-   Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
-   Monitor key financial KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards.
-   Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
-   Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analysis across business units or projects.
-   Assist in strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment evaluations.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy.
-   Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
-   2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or related finance roles.
-   Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
-   Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
