**Antenna Group** is a leading international content, media and entertainment organization, owning and operating a diverse portfolio of global media assets across a variety of platforms: Television, Pay TV, OTT, Radio, Cinema Exhibition, Digital, Music, Publishing and Education, throughout Europe, North America and Australia. Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position:

**Content Ops Assistant (OTT Streaming Platform)**

**About the Role**

Prepare, process, and ingest video content into the platform, as well as metadata, ensuring all assets meet technical specifications and are published accurately and on time

**Job Description** 

-   Receive and manage content deliveries (video, subtitles, related assets)
-   Conform video and subtitle files to required technical specifications
-   Perform basic edits when needed (e.g. trimming, formatting adjustments)
-   Ingest content into the platform and verify successful processing
-   Create relevant metadata for ingest
-   Support CMS tasks when required (uploads, basic metadata, publishing actions)
-   Monitor live events and ensure timely creation and upload of live-to-VOD assets
-   Perform quality checks to ensure content plays correctly and meets platform standards

## Requirements

-   Familiarity with video formats, encoding, and subtitle standards

-   Experience with CMS or media platforms (preferred)
-   Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
-   Ability to work under time pressure, especially during live events
-   High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
