**Creative Multimedia Editor (OTT Platform)**

**About the Role  
**We are seeking a Creative Multimedia Editor to join our OTT platform team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, adapting and managing engaging content across multiple touchpoint including social media, on-air promotions, digital platforms, OOH campaigns and performance marketing assets. The role combines video editing expertise, motion graphics skills and the ability to work on a high level with AI creative tools to produce promotional content of high impact.

**Job Description** 

-   Design static and dynamic visuals that align with the brand’s identity
-   Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling across multiple formats and channels including social media, on-air promotions, digital marketing campaigns, OOH, CRM and performance marketing creatives
-   Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms and on-air promotions
-   Optimize and adapt multimedia content for different social media formats, ensuring high engagement and performance
-   Manage end-to-end production workflows from concept development to final delivery
-   Leverage Ai creative tools for image and video generation, editing and content optimization
-   Stay updated on creative trends, AI tools, social media, tools, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness
-   Collaborate with social media and marketing team to develop innovative multimedia strategies
-   Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-   Maintain brand consistency across all assets

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation or a related field
-   3+ years of experience as a Multimedia Editor, with expertise in Video Editing and Motion Design
-   Deep knowledge in Adobe’s Creative Suite / Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop / Illustrator, and other relevant video editing and design software
-   Deep knowledge in AI prompt engineering for generating still images and videos
-   Good skills in video editing, motion graphics (experience in 3D design and animation is a plus)
-   Good skills in audio editing, mixing and sound design
-   Fluency in English
-   High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
