Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management best practices and ensure these are applied to all relevant areas of operations, maintaining strict chemical engineering standards and protocols

Using established engineering standards and methodologies, ensure R&D processes are feasible at pilot  
scale and can be achieved with the materials and equipment available

Lead or support best practices for growing chem engineering and chemical production ensuring a full blown manufacturing organization.

## Requirements

MS in Chem Engineering and experience designing experiments based on 350mAh & 5Ah Si Anode coin cells.
