## Description

The Marketplace Performance Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's performance across food delivery platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, The Chefz, ToYou, and other marketplaces. The role focuses on monitoring sales performance, analyzing KPIs, maximizing revenue, coordinating with platform account managers, and ensuring optimal operational performance across all restaurant brands.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor daily sales and revenue across all food delivery platforms.
-   Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
-   Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
-   Identify top-selling products, best-performing branches, and growth opportunities.
-   Monitor platform promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.
-   Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve operational issues and improve visibility.
-   Ensure menus, pricing, product availability, and operating hours are accurate across all platforms.
-   Monitor customer ratings, reviews, and operational metrics to maintain platform performance.
-   Analyze commission structures, promotional costs, and overall profitability.
-   Develop recommendations to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
-   Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Restaurant teams to execute commercial initiatives.
-   Create weekly and monthly dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
-   Benchmark marketplace performance against competitors and industry trends.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

**2–4 years** of experience in Food Delivery, Q-Commerce, Marketplace Management, or Restaurant Operations.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools is preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
