## Description

### Cost Control & Analysis

-   Monitor and analyze product, operational, and overhead costs across all branches.
-   Develop and maintain standard costing models.
-   Review and analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
-   Track food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and waste percentages.
-   Ensure compliance with company cost control policies and procedures.

### Inventory & Procurement

-   Monitor inventory valuation and stock movements.
-   Reconcile inventory discrepancies with Operations and Warehouse teams.
-   Review supplier pricing and purchasing trends.
-   Work closely with Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities.
-   Support periodic inventory counts and stock audits.

### Financial Reporting

-   Prepare weekly and monthly cost analysis reports.
-   Develop dashboards and KPIs related to cost performance.
-   Analyze gross profit margins and identify improvement opportunities.
-   Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

### Budgeting & Forecasting

-   Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities.
-   Monitor actual costs against budget.
-   Provide financial insights to improve profitability.
-   Participate in financial planning initiatives.

### Process Improvement

-   Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
-   Develop cost control procedures and best practices.
-   Implement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
-   Support automation of cost reporting and analysis.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as **CMA**, **CPA**, or **ACCA** are preferred.

7–10 years of experience in Cost Management, Cost Accounting, or Financial Analysis.

Experience in Restaurants, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Food Production is highly preferred.

Experience managing multi-branch operations is an advantage.
