**Job Purpose**: The **Sales Administrator** supports the Commercial team by ensuring the accurate administration of commercial conditions, product data, contracts, and sales systems.

**Responsibilities/Results**

**The job holder:**

-   Creates, updates, and maintains Commercial Conditions for each Sales Cycle
-   Manages product-related activities, including enabling, disabling, and maintaining products within Order Forms
-   Maintains and updates the product portfolio for Beauty Advisors
-   Supports the Sales & Trade teams with travel-related coordination
-   Supports the administration of customer contracts
-   Validates commercial agreements in SAP, ensuring proper linkage between agreements and invoices
-   Supports sales reporting processes
-   Monitors product status and manages ticketing issues
-   Provides general operational support to the Commercial team

## Requirements

-   BSc degree in Business Administration or Economics; relevant MSc degree will be considered an asset
-   Previous experience in sales administration, sales operations or customer service
-   Strong knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and sales management platforms
-   Very good command of English
-   Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
-   Strong organizational skills
-   Attention to detail
