**Job Purpose:** The **Customer Service Administrator** is responsible for supporting APIVITA’s customers (B2B/Wholesale) through efficient order management and service execution, while ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and service reliability.

**Responsibilities/Results**

The job holder:

-   Acts as the main point of contact for customers, the sales team, and 3PL providers regarding order status, outstanding balances, payments, returns, and complaints.
-   Registers customer orders and credit notes in SAP.
-   Resolves complex product, service, and billing issues efficiently and within agreed timelines.
-   Monitors Proof of Delivery (POD) status and ensures timely follow-up on delivery confirmations.
-   Maintains and updates customer master data in SAP to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

## Requirements

-   BSc degree in Business, Communications, or a related field will be an asset

-   Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a customer-facing or support role
-   Familiarity with SAP procedures
-   Proficient level of English
-   Strong problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and active listening skills
-   Excellent digital literacy and multi-tasking abilities
-   Team spirit & adaptability
