## Description

_**We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to support our team in Amsterdam !**_

**Sales**

●      Achieving personal targets and the KPIs set by APM

**Customer Service**

●      Ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service and supporting the resolution of customer complaints

**VM**

●      Embodying the APM brand image through the five senses and visual merchandising, alongside the Store Manager

**Operations**

●      Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, alongside the Store Manager

●      Standing in for boutique management during the Store Manager's occasional absence

**Human Resources**

●      Ensuring the team follows standard operating procedures and codes of conduct

●      Guiding the team daily towards achieving its sales targets

●      Supervising Senior Sales Advisors and Sales Advisors; observing their performance and providing timely guidance

**Management**

●      Gathering market intelligence (competitor performance, trends, market environment, brand assortment, footfall, etc.) and reporting back to the Store Manager

●      Working with the Store Manager on stock management and cost tracking

## Requirements

**Candidate Profile**

●      You love APM Monaco!

●      You have a successful first experience as a Senior Sales Advisor, with the desire to move into team supervision

●      You have some initial experience in luxury/fashion retail and a feel for visual merchandising

●      You can read basic sales reports and react quickly on the ground

●      You have a good sense of organisation and know how to rally a team day to day

●      You are fluent in English

●      You are agile and know how to show flexibility when needed
