# Technical Manager - Calibration Laboratory

## Description

-   Oversee all technical activities within the calibration scope.
-   Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 technical requirements.
-   Review and approve calibration procedures and technical records.
-   Ensure traceability and validity of calibration results.
-   Lead laboratory readiness for accreditation and surveillance audits.
-   Support uncertainty evaluations and technical decision-making.
-   Supervise and technically guide calibration engineers/technicians.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field.
-   Minimum 7 years of experience in calibration or testing laboratories.
-   Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
-   Experience dealing with accreditation bodies and technical assessors.
-   Ability to lead technical discussions during assessments.
