## Description

We are looking for an **experienced Intake Specialist** to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role focuses on **guiding patients through the intake process while driving appointments and clinic growth**. You will guide patients through the initial intake process — collecting pertinent information, verifying insurance eligibility, educating them about our treatment offerings, and supporting them throughout their care journey.

This is a front-end role that blends patient advocacy with sales. You will be instrumental in driving clinic revenue while ensuring patients feel heard, informed, and supported.  

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and SMS with professionalism and empathy
-   Conduct patient intake, collect information, and verify insurance eligibility
-   Schedule consultations and manage follow-ups
-   Educate patients on treatment options and guide them to the next steps
-   Maintain and update CRM and tracking systems
-   Follow up with leads and patients to ensure completion of appointments and continuity of care
-   Support post-treatment check-ins and patient concerns

## Requirements

-   **At least 4 years of experience** in intake, patient coordination, or similar role
-   Strong communication skills (phone, email, and messaging)
-   Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
-   Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-   Comfortable balancing **patient care and sales targets**
-   **Willing to work on site:** Ayala, Makati / Clark, Pampanga 

### **Nice to Have**

-   Background in healthcare or mental health settings
-   Familiarity with ketamine, Spravato, or similar treatments
