Do you enjoy talking to clients, finding the perfect advertising solution for their business and seeing campaigns deliver real results? We are looking for a friendly and proactive **Spanish-speaking Ad-Sales Specialist** to join a dynamic and international team in Athens.

**Your main responsibilities:**

-   Engage daily with agencies and advertisers through phone, chat, and email
-   Handle a mix of warm inbound leads and outbound outreach with quick, timely follow-ups
-   Understand client needs and recommend the most effective advertising solutions
-   Set up, run, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
-   Monitor performance, spot trends, and proactively improve results
-   Guide clients to the right support when extra expertise is needed
-   Continuously help clients get the best possible outcome from their advertising

## Requirements

**What we're looking for:**

-   **Fluency in Spanish** and **very good knowledge of English**
-   **At least 1 year of B2B sales experience**
-   Strong communication and presentation skills
-   Commercial mindset with a real drive to hit targets
-   Quick learner, tech-savvy and great at working in a team
-   Confident problem solver who stays calm under pressure
-   Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
