## Description

Are you passionate about the German language and helping people?

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the role of **Bilingual German/English Customer Service Specialist - Tourism Sector** in Athens, Greece!

Join a dynamic team and deliver outstanding support to German-speaking travelers. You will be the friendly voice helping customers with their flight reservations, changes, and travel inquiries, mostly via inbound calls with some email support.

This is a true customer service role in the tourism industry, where your language skills and positive attitude can really make a difference.

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage incoming phone calls and emails
-   Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
-   Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
-   Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
-   Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
-   Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** (C1 - C2)
-   Very good command of **English** (C1 – C2), as you will frequently liaise with airlines
-   Being communicative, sociable and genuinely enjoys helping others

**Nice to have:**

-   Previous work experience with Amadeus or Sabre
