**Responsibilities**

-   Setting up a daily schedule of visits to the customers’ network and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals according to the sales targets.
-   Achieves volume per category sales objectives and product distribution.
-   Identify and analyze market needs and trends and become aligned with the customers.
-   Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers by implementing a value-added strategy in their business.
-   Attend sales department meetings to become updated on goals, new products and promotions.
-   Collaborate with all related company departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales strategy.

## Requirements

-   Average 2 years experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
-   A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field will be considered an asset.
-   Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP & CRM programs.
-   Ability to design and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-   Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
-   Very good organization and time management skills.
-   Commercial Acumen.
