On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing Real Estate company with strong presence in the Greek market and expertise in both residential and commercial properties, we are seeking a motivated **Sales Consultant to join the Buyers’ team**.

### Responsibilities

-   Identify and develop new opportunities while expanding the existing buyer portfolio.
-   Act as the main point of contact for buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the purchasing process.
-   Conduct property viewings and present properties effectively to potential clients.
-   Maintain constant communication with clients (buyers, owners, and partners).
-   Ensure accurate and timely management of property files and CRM updates.
-   Support the implementation of marketing strategies and exclusivity agreements.
-   Collaborate closely with the team, contributing to knowledge sharing and overall performance.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in sales, ideally in real estate or related sectors, will be considered an asset.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
-   Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with client-focused mentality.
-   Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
-   Result-driven with the ability to work both as a team player and individually.
-   Driving license is required.
