## Description

On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company in Evia Greece committed to quality, efficiency, and sustainability, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Warehouse Supervisor** to oversee warehouse activities, ensure smooth inventory flow, and maintain operational excellence. The successful candidate will be located in **Nea Artaki, Chalkida** and will be responsible to lead warehouse operations, mentor frontline teams, and ensure the efficient execution of all logistics processes.

**Responsibilities**

-   Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound shipments, storage, picking, packing, outbound deliveries, and returns, ensuring efficient workflow.
-   Ensure accurate inventory management and timely documentation of all stock movements.
-   Coordinate inbound and outbound truck routing and scheduling to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and on-time deliveries.
-   Plan and coordinate warehouse staff schedules to meet production and delivery requirements.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that complies with company and regulatory standards.
-   Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency through process optimization and best practices.
-   Conduct regular inventory audits and collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams.
-   Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
-   Report key warehouse metrics such as inventory accuracy, productivity, and dispatch timeliness.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
-   Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-   Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
-   Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
-   Excellent communication and team management abilities.
