On behalf of our client, a well-established industrial manufacturing company located in the Evia region, we are looking for a passionate **Sales Representative.**

**Responsibilities**

-   Setting up a daily schedule of visits to the customers' network and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals according to the sales targets
-   Achieves volume per category sales objectives and product distribution
-   Identify and analyze market needs and trends and become aligned with the customers
-   Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers by implementing a value-added strategy in their business
-   Attend sales department meetings to become updated on goals, new products and promotions
-   Collaborate with all related company departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales strategy

## Requirements

-   At least 2 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry
-   A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field will be considered an asset
-   Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP & CRM programs
-   Ability to design and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-   Highly motivated and goal-oriented
-   Very good organization and time management skills
-   Commercial Acumen
