-   Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls.

-   Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Spanish** (C1 - C2)
-   Very good command of **English** (B2 – C2)
-   Good MS Office skills.
-   Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
