## Description

Apt Resources is looking for a Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a reputable Thai massage salon in Montenegro, Europe. The role combines team supervision and hands-on spa treatment responsibilities, ensuring high service quality, hygiene, and smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will supervise Spa Therapists, coordinate schedules and treatment assignments, support staff performance, and ensure that all salon standards and procedures are consistently followed.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Spa Therapists.
-   Prepare and manage staff rosters, shifts, days off, and daily therapist assignments based on operational requirements and appointment schedules.
-   Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, conduct, and overall performance.
-   Ensure treatments are delivered consistently and in accordance with established Thai spa techniques, treatment protocols, and service standards.
-   Monitor the quality of treatments and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to Spa Therapists.
-   Assist with the training, onboarding, and development of new and existing team members.
-   Perform Thai massage, body massage, and other spa treatments according to qualifications and operational needs.
-   Provide treatment coverage during busy periods, staff shortages, or when required by the appointment schedule.
-   Coordinate therapist availability and treatment allocation to ensure efficient utilization of the team and smooth appointment flow.
-   Monitor guest satisfaction and professionally address service-related requests, feedback, or complaints.
-   Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are properly prepared and maintained according to established cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
-   Monitor spa products, treatment supplies, linen, and other operational materials and coordinate replenishment requirements.
-   Ensure appropriate and cost-conscious use of spa products and supplies by the therapist team.
-   Conduct regular operational checks to ensure compliance with salon procedures and standards.
-   Maintain clear communication between Spa Therapists and management regarding daily operations, staffing, performance, and guest-related matters.
-   Support management with the implementation of operational procedures, service improvements, and quality standards.
-   Promote a professional, respectful, and collaborative working environment and lead the team by example.
-   Together with the **Operations Manager**, develop and adjust evaluation and motivation programs.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Spa Therapist, or similar position.
-   Strong hands-on experience in Thai massage and body treatments.
-   Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team of Spa Therapists.
-   Experience preparing staff rosters and organizing daily operational schedules.
-   Good knowledge of spa operations, treatment procedures, hygiene standards, and guest service.
-   Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with hands-on treatment duties.
-   Good command of English.
-   Relevant spa therapy/massage qualifications or certifications preferred.

## Benefits

Salary: Euro 1,100 – 1,200 per month, with shared accommodation and a round-trip flight ticket to/from Montenegro provided.
