## Description

Apt Resources is looking for Kitchen Assistants to join a professional kitchen team to work in a Pizzeria in Montenegro, Europe. The role is primarily focused on maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness while supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and daily operations.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and work areas.
-   Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
-   Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.
-   Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
-   Support the kitchen team during food preparation and service.
-   Ensure ingredients, utensils, and equipment are properly organized and readily available.
-   Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies when required.
-   Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
-   Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
-   Assist with other general kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment is **preferred but not mandatory**.
-   Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness is an advantage.
-   Willingness to learn basic food preparation techniques.
-   Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
-   Hardworking, reliable, and responsible attitude.
-   Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
-   Willingness to work shifts, including evening shifts.
-   Positive attitude and professional approach to work.

## Benefits

Salary: EUR 700 on a 1-year contract, accommodation, meals and a flight ticket are also provided, with every Sunday as the weekly day off.
