## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Arabic & Indian Cuisine Chef at CDP (Chef de Partie) level to join the private kitchen of a VIP Family in Abu Dhabi.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare and cook high-quality **Arabic and Indian cuisine** according to the family's preferences and standards.
-   Handle daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations efficiently.
-   Maintain consistent taste, presentation, hygiene, and food quality.
-   Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic and Indian dishes, including curries, grills, rice dishes, breads, and other specialties.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
-   Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
-   Assist with menu planning and preparation based on the family's requirements.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP), Arabic Chef, Indian Chef, or similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of both Arabic and Indian cuisine.
-   Experience working in a private household, VIP family, luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar high-standard environment is an advantage.
-   Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
-   Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
-   Must be currently available in the UAE and able to attend a food trial.
