## Description

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Senior Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a classic car workshop in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop activities, supervising technicians, coordinating vehicle repairs and restoration projects, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of classic and vintage vehicles, excellent workshop management skills, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the daily operations of the classic car workshop.
-   Supervise, coordinate, and support mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff.
-   Plan and monitor vehicle repairs, servicing, restoration, and maintenance projects.
-   Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and restoration requirements.
-   Allocate jobs to technicians based on skills, workload, and project requirements.
-   Monitor the progress and quality of workshop work.
-   Ensure vehicles are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
-   Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle condition, repairs, progress, and requirements.
-   Prepare or review job estimates, parts requirements, and workshop schedules.
-   Coordinate the sourcing and availability of spare parts, tools, and materials.
-   Maintain accurate records of vehicles, repairs, parts, and workshop activities.
-   Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop equipment and tools.
-   Maintain high standards of workshop cleanliness, organization, and safety.
-   Identify and resolve workshop issues efficiently.
-   Train, guide, and motivate workshop team members.
-   Ensure all work follows appropriate technical, safety, and quality procedures.
-   Support the business with technical knowledge and recommendations for classic car restoration projects.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a classic car Workshop Manager, Senior Mechanic, or similar senior automotive position.
-   Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Vehicle Maintenance, or a related field.
-   Strong hands-on experience with classic, vintage, or collectible cars.
-   Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automotive systems.
-   Previous experience supervising or managing a workshop team.
-   Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple vehicles and projects simultaneously.
-   Good communication and leadership skills.
-   High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Ability to work independently and take responsibility for workshop operations.
