### Responsibilities

-   Ensure all public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other common spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
-   Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, addressing any queries or requests courteously.
-   Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
-   Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in public area cleaning or housekeeping in a 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable.
-   Excellent attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
-   Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
