Apt Resources is seeking passionate and customer-focused Baristas to join our client's team in Montenegro, Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to build your hospitality career in Europe while working in a vibrant and professional environment. We are looking for individuals with experience in specialty coffee preparation who thrive in fast-paced, customer-oriented settings. As a Barista, you will craft high-quality coffee and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding café experience.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
-   Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
-   Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests.
-   Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
-   Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
-   Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining area in accordance with food safety standards.
-   Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment.
-   Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
-   Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily café operations.
-   Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or training in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Barista Skills is an advantage.
-   Previous experience as a Barista in a high-volume café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment.
-   Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
-   Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong customer service skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-   Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-   Must be currently in UAE
