Apt Resources is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie specializing in Hot & Cold Kitchen to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards. As a key member of the culinary team, you will prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes in accordance with the hotel’s recipes and standards.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and cook food items efficiently in the hot and cold section of the kitchen
-   Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the hotel's standards and recipes
-   Assist in managing the kitchen station and maintaining stock levels
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following health and safety guidelines
-   Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
-   Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
-   Work flexible hours as required including weekends and holidays

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment
-   Strong knowledge of hot and cold kitchen cooking techniques and kitchen operations
-   Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional qualification
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-   Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
-   Knowledge of health and safety and hygiene standards in a kitchen environment
-   Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
-   Must be currently in UAE
