## Description

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking **Assistant JAT Supervisor** to support and oversee daily agricultural operations of our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

🌱 Assist in planning and executing daily agricultural activities, including:

-   Planting
-   Pruning
-   Grafting
-   Irrigation
-   Harvesting

🌱 Support the supervisor in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

🌱 Monitor crop maintenance and assist in maintaining healthy and productive crops.

🌱 Ensure agricultural activities are carried out in accordance with established **safety, quality, and operational procedures**.

🌱 Assist in coordinating farm workers and daily tasks as required.

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

✔️ Previous experience in agriculture, farming, horticulture, or crop production  
✔️ Knowledge of planting, pruning, grafting, irrigation, and harvesting techniques  
✔️ Ability to supervise and coordinate daily agricultural activities  
✔️ Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures  
✔️ Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor farm environment
