## Description

We are looking for an experienced **MEP Supervisor** to oversee and coordinate the **Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)** operations and maintenance across a large farm facility of our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Supervise daily MEP maintenance, repair, and installation activities across the farm.
-   Oversee electrical systems, water supply, plumbing, pumps, irrigation-related equipment, and other mechanical systems.
-   Coordinate and supervise technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff.
-   Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
-   Ensure all MEP works are completed according to safety standards and operational requirements.
-   Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
-   Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repairs.
-   Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and minimizing equipment downtime.
-   Ensure proper use and availability of tools, materials, and spare parts.

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

✔️ Previous experience as an **MEP Supervisor**, preferably in a farm, agricultural, facilities management, or large property environment.  
✔️ Strong knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems**.  
✔️ Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.  
✔️ Knowledge of pumps, water systems, irrigation systems, and farm facilities is an advantage.  
✔️ Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.  
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance activities.
