Apt Resources is seeking a **skilled culinary professional at Chef de Partie (CDP) level**, specializing in **Continental Cuisine – Hot & Cold**, to join the private culinary team of a **VIP Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE**. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Continental dishes while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation in a private and luxurious household setting.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Prepare and cook a variety of **Continental hot and cold dishes** according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
-   Handle the assigned **hot and cold kitchen sections** and ensure smooth food preparation.
-   Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, cold appetizers, soups, and main courses as required.
-   Maintain high standards of **food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation**.
-   Maintain strict **hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards** in the kitchen.
-   Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and availability of ingredients.
-   Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare daily menus and special meals.
-   Adapt dishes and preparation methods according to the family's specific preferences and requirements.

## Requirements

## Benefits
