## Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Baker – CDP Level** to join a VIP private family's culinary team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bakery production, premium pastries, and high-quality baked goods, with the ability to maintain exceptional standards in a private luxury household.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and produce a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods to premium standards.
-   Manage daily bakery operations, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
-   Plan and execute baking schedules according to the family's daily requirements and special occasions.
-   Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
-   Monitor ingredient stock, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage of bakery products.
-   Create customized baked goods and specialty items based on the family's preferences.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Baker, preferably at Chef de Partie (CDP) level or equivalent.
-   Previous experience in luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, VIP households, or private family settings is an advantage.
-   Strong knowledge of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and modern baking techniques.
-   Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
-   Flexibility to meet the culinary needs of a VIP private family.
