## Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Grill & BBQ Chef Specialist** to join a prestigious private VIP family in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent expertise in grilling, barbecuing, and preparing high-quality meat and seafood dishes, with a strong focus on taste, presentation, and premium food quality.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and cook a variety of grilled and BBQ dishes, including meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.
-   Demonstrate expertise in charcoal grilling, smoking, roasting, and BBQ techniques.
-   Prepare marinades, rubs, sauces, and signature BBQ recipes.
-   Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes meet VIP standards.
-   Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
-   Manage ingredients, kitchen supplies, and proper food storage.
-   Customize menus according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
-   Maintain and properly handle grilling equipment and kitchen tools.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Grill Chef, BBQ Chef, or Grill & BBQ Specialist.
-   Strong knowledge of different grilling methods, meat cuts, marinades, and BBQ techniques.
-   Experience working in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, private households, or VIP settings is highly preferred.
-   Excellent attention to detail, food presentation, and quality control.
-   Ability to work independently and maintain professional kitchen standards.
-   Flexible, discreet, and professional, with a strong understanding of VIP family service expectations.
-   Must be available for a one-day trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

## Benefits

Salary: AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 plus accommodation, and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
