## Description

Apt Resources is looking for Public Area Attendants / Cleaning Staff to join our client’s team in Podgorica, Montenegro.

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the indoor public areas of a two-floor shopping mall. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to maintain assigned areas to a consistently high standard throughout the working shift.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform general cleaning and maintenance of indoor public areas.
-   Maintain cleanliness across both floors of the shopping mall.
-   Regularly monitor assigned areas and ensure they remain clean and presentable.
-   Attend promptly to areas requiring immediate cleaning or attention.
-   Follow the daily cleaning schedule and assigned duties.
-   Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the property.
-   Properly use cleaning materials and equipment in accordance with workplace procedures.
-   Report any maintenance or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, public area cleaning, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel, shopping mall, commercial property, or other large facility, is preferred.
-   High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
-   Good understanding of general cleaning and hygiene practices.
-   Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties throughout the working shift.
-   Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
-   Good attention to detail.
-   Able to work independently and follow assigned schedules and instructions.
-   Willingness to relocate and work in Podgorica, Montenegro.

## Benefits

Salary: EUR 700 net monthly salary, a 1-year contract, 40 hours per week with Sundays off, accommodation, and opportunities for additional paid assignments with EUR 20–70 daily allowances.
